I acknowledge that this application was completed by me and the entries contained in this application herein are true and complete.
I understand this application for employment shall be considered active for a period of six months.
I consent to and acknowledge that screening tests for alcohol and illegal drug use will be required before hiring and if hired testing is required during employment and will be a condition of continued employment.
I also acknowledge that an offer of employment is contingent upon several conditions and under no circumstance should I give notice to my current employer until King Ranch Inc. or a subsidiary has notified me that acceptable background checks and a negative drug test have been confirmed.
I hereby consent and authorize former employers, references, educational institutions, credit agencies, governmental and law enforcement agencies, motor vehicle record services, or reporting services which have information about me, to give King Ranch Inc. and subsidiaries any and all information and opinions about me in their possession and which may lawfully be disclosed. I hereby waive written notice of such release of information and opinions, and release such former employers, references, educational institutions, credit agencies, governmental and law enforcement agencies, motor vehicle record services, or reporting services from any liability or claim relating to such release of information and opinions.
I acknowledge that in connection with this application for employment, an offer of employment, and at any time during employment, the company may obtain a consumer report on me as part of the hiring or retention process as an applicant or employee. In the event that information from the report is utilized in whole or in part in making an adverse decision with regards to hiring or continuing employment, before making the adverse decision, the company will provide me with a copy of the consumer report and a description of my rights under the law.
I hereby acknowledge that the following conditions exist and apply to employment by King Ranch Inc. and subsidiaries.
- My employment is of an “at will” nature and can be terminated by the employer or employee at any time with or without cause and without notice;
- Recognize that only the company president can make a commitment for duration of employment or job assignment; and such commitment has to be in writing, signed by the president;
- Recognize this policy cannot be modified orally by anyone, including the employee’s supervisor.
I acknowledge that false or misleading information given in my application or interview(s) may result in a rejection of this application or discharge in the event of employment. I further acknowledge if hired, I am required to abide by all rules and regulations of King Ranch, Inc and subsidiaries.
